Seniors AL (14u-15u) Grades 8 & 9 - Limited to no greater than 9th grade for safety.

- Official Washington Nationals jersey and hat, and socks will be provided to each player.

- Drop 5 (-5) bats are recommended for 8th graders. This will be a requirement starting in Fall 2025.

- No bat drop limitations for 7th graders playing in Seniors AL - USA or USSSA.

- Drop 3 (-3) BBCOR bats are required for 9th graders (NFHS). Ex. 30-27, 31-28.

- 1-2 games per week.

- Game duration: No new inning after 2 hours and 15 minutes. 2 hours and 30 minute hard stop. *NEW*

- 1 practice per week.

- 1 batting cage session per week - coach pitch and tee work only.

- Games will be played at Dogwood Walter Johnson and Welsh Park.

- 60/90 field

- Coaches will receive game balls, practice balls, batting helmets, catcher's gear, practice bases, hitting tee, first aid kit.
