Seniors NL - Grades 10 to 12

- Official Washington Nationals jersey and hat, and socks will be provided to each player.

- Drop 3 (-3) BBCOR bats are required (NFHS).

- 1-2 games per week.

- Game duration: No new inning after 2 hours and 15 minutes. 2 hours and 30 minute hard stop. *NEW*

- 1 practice per week.

- 1 batting cage session per week - coach pitch and tee work only.

- Games will be played at Dogwood Walter Johnson and Welsh Park.

- 60/90 field

- Coaches will receive game balls, practice balls, batting helmet, catcher's gear, practice bases, hitting tee, first aid kit.
