American League (8u-9u) - Grades 2 & 3 - Limited to no greater than 3rd grade for safety.

- Official Washington Nationals jersey and hat, and socks will be provided to each player.

- USA and USSSA bats are permitted. *NEW*

- 1-2 team bats will be provided. *NEW*

- 1-2 games per week.

- Game times: No new inning after 1 hour and 45 minutes. 2 hour hard stop. *NEW*

- 1 practice per week.

- 1 batting cage session per week - coach pitch and tee work only.

- Coaches will receive game balls, practice balls, catcher's gear, batting helmets, practice bases, hitting tee, first aid kit.
