Seniors AL (14u-16u) Grades 8-10*

Limited to no greater than 10th grade for safety - no exceptions.

- Parents must purchase/provide players a batting helmet, baseball pants, baseball glove and cleats.

- Team bats will be provided. (2 to 3)

- Official Washington Nationals jersey and hat will be provided to each player.

- No bat drop limitations for 7th graders playing in Seniors AL - USA or USSSA.

- Drop 3 (-3) BBCOR bats are required for all other grades. (NFHS). Ex. 30-27, 31-28.

- 8 game season. 1 game per week on Sundays.

- Game duration: 2 hour hard stop. 

- No makeup games.

- No practices.

- Games will be played at Dogwood Walter Johnson and Welsh Park - 60/90 field.

- Coaches will receive game balls, catcher's gear and base coach helmets.
