Seniors NL (16u-18u) Grades 10-12 

IF THERE IS ENOUGH INTEREST...

A casual, sandlot style level of play. No standings, no playoffs.

The coaches will divide players into two teams for scrimmages.

- Games: Saturdays or Sundays at Welsh Park. No makeup games.

- Official Washington Nationals jersey and hat, and socks will be provided to each player.

- Drop 3 (-3) BBCOR bats are required.

- 1 game per week.

- Game duration: 2 hours, hard stop.

- 1 practice per week.

- 1 batting cage session per week - coach pitch and tee work only.

- 60/90 field

- Coaches will receive game balls, practice balls, batting helmets, catcher's gear, practice bases and hitting tee.
